PACKAGE PRICING - If you choose Event Photography and Photo Booth Hire together, a 10% discount will be applied on your invoice.

SET UP TIME - We arrive 1 hour prior to your start time to set up the booth. If you require set up to be completed earlier than this, please tick the additional set up time tab.

PRINTS - 2 x (2"x6") or 1 x (4"x6") Print Set Per Session Included In Your Package. If you require additional photo sets, please tick the Additional Set Of Photo Strips tab.

5. Deposit

A $200 Deposit is due on completion of this form.

An invoice will be sent to you separately.

Your Balance is due at least 1 week before your event.

Any Booking Made Within 1 Week Of The Event Date Will Require Full Payment

6. Inclusions

PHOTO BOOTH HIRE

- Booth Attendant

- Custom Photo Strip.

- 2 x (2"x6") OR 1 x (4"x6") Print/s Per Photo Session.

- Backdrop of Your Choice From Our Collection.

- Use of Props (COVID Restrictions Willing)

- Password protected, online photo gallery to download your images.

- Your gallery will be made available within 2-3 days of your event.

PORTRAIT STUDIO

- 1 Photographer

- Posed Photos On The Red Carpet With A Black Backdrop.

- Watermarked / branded photos available.

- Password protected, online photo gallery to download your edited images.

- Your gallery will be made available within 2-3 days of your event.

- Digital Only or Digital & Print Options Available.

It is the Client’s duty and responsibility to advise the venues function coordinator of the below set up requirements.



In order to set up the booth, SwitchBooth will need:

1. Access to the venue and set up area at least 1 HOUR prior to the booked start time.

2. A power outlet no further than 5 metres from booth set up. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR
VENUE.

3. An area of 3m Wide x 3m Deep x 2.1m High.

4. If outside, a flat, dry and clean surface in a location covered by a closed roof. A secondary nominated indoor wet weather option must be provided (As outlined above). A power outlet also needs to be accessible no more than 5 metres from the booth.

5. A ramp of lift access at the venue for set up purposes.

PAYMENT



1. A $200 deposit is payable upon booking. Once received, this will secure the booking time and date.


2. The deposit is a portion of the total hire cost and not in addition to the total cost.


3. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event date.


4. If the balance of the hire cost is not received at least 2 days prior to the event date,
SwitchBooth reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit may be forfeited.


5. Additional hours requested at the event will require a cash payment to the photographer at
the agreed hourly rate. Payment is needed prior to the original end time. If payment is not received prior to this time, the photographer will commence pack down procedures at the original nominated end time.


6. A $50 per hour surcharge will apply to events, for every hour past midnight - in addition to the regular hourly hire rate.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING


1. If the hirer should cancel a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the deposit may not be refunded. (Covid restrictions excluded)


2. The hirer is entitled to reschedule ONCE ONLY if the event date is more than 7 days. The request will need to be submitted in writing.


3. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit may be forfeited and event cancelled.


HIRE, DELIVERY AND SERVICE


1. SwitchBooth is responsible for the setup and pack down of the photography equipment.


2. There is an allowance of up to 1 hour to set up outside of your hire time.


3. If the venue obstructs SwitchBooth from setting up, SwitchBooth is not responsible and
cannot be held liable for lost hours of service.


4. A travel supplement of 50 cents per kilometre will be charged to the hirer for travel over 55kms from postcode 2762.


5. SwitchBooth takes the utmost care in the services offered, however, the provider cannot be
held responsible if for any reason, including mechanical failure or file corruption, that the
photos become undeliverable.


6. Parking will need to be provided by the Client at the clients expense (if required) for the duration of your hire for 1 SwitchBooth staff vehicle.

7. A meal will need to be provided by the Client, at the Clients expense for our booth attendant and/or photographer or videographer for all bookings over 3 hours.

DAMAGE TO SWITCHBOOTH EQUIPMENT


The hirer acknowledges that they are responsible for any damage or loss to SwitchBooth equipment caused by:


1. Misuse or theft by the hirer or their guests (invited or uninvited)


REFUSAL / DISRUPTION OF SERVICE

The hirer acknowledges that SwitchBooth has the right to:


1. Decline service to the hirer or their guests (invited or not invited) for misuse or unruly and dangerous behaviour. There will be no refund for lost hours of service due to misuse or dangerous behaviour.


INDEMNIFICATION


Client agrees to, and understands the following:


a) Client will indemnify Provider against any and all liability related to Client’s event during or after the Client’s event. Client will indemnify provider from the time of service and on into the future, against any liability associated with Client and guests.


b) Client will indemnify Provider against any and all liability associated with the use of photo taken of its representatives, employees, or affiliates at the Client’s event.
